Daily Grind has been set up by Crossfit Athlete Emma McQuaid, who has been a Personal Trainer with a great reputation since 2008. 

 

Emma is a competitive individual originally racing quads in her early days then finding herself hooked in Crossfit and she pushes herself to her limits on a daily basis.

 

She has such a passion for keeping fit she is continuously improving her skill set by training and working with some of the worlds leaders in the fitness industry. 

Over the years she has developed a great relationship with her PT clients and she is excited to be able to offer her services through online coaching. 

 

Emma will be passing on her skills and knowledge she has gained over the years in order to help others maintain their general fitness to help with their daily lives or by coaching others to achieve their best potential in their sport such as Cross-fit , motocross or any other discipline.
